Baligumans is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, death, loss or damages of any kind incurred to you, or any member of your party, during the booking period and there after.
Damage or Losses
Any damage or losses caused during the Rental Period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the Guests' responsibility and may be charged to the Guests account and deducted from the Guests security deposit.
AIRPORT PICK UP
Some rates include airport pickup. Please check with your booking villa specialist.
Each villa has a different child policy, please communicate directly with our villa specialists on the requirements and limitations on the number of children.
The number of people occupying a particular villa must not exceed the maximum allowance specified in the booking confirmation, otherwise there will be additional charges

Most villas apply different rates depending on the season. Usually, 3 ( three ) : low, high and peak seasons. Please inquiry with our reservation staff to get the exact date for those seasons.
Changes to the booking period can only be accepted based on the availability of the villa. If your new period falls in a different season where a higher price applies, you will have to pay a corresponding surcharge. If your new period falls in a different season where the rental price is lower, no refund will be paid. If your new period is longer than your initial period, additional fees will apply. If your new period is shorter than your original period, no refund will be paid. In any case US $ 80 administration fee is in effect and the new period will only be confirmed as soon as all payments related to the change are completed.
Notice of cancellation of reservations must be received by Baligumans in writing. The money paid will be refunded 20% of the total deposit only, not of the total order (final payment is not refunded) if the reservation is canceled 60 days or more before the arrival of the low season and 90 days or more prior to arrival in peak and high season. Cancellations less than 60 days or less before the arrival of low season and 90 days or less prior to arrival in high season and the peak is not eligible for refund. Please note if some villas are booked, a cancellation fee will be applied to each villa. If the villa is not available due to circumstances beyond our control (Goverment protocol), we will offer alternate periods when possible, alternative accommodation if available, or full refund of all payments you make. Refunds are limited to rent. We are not responsible for any costs incurred in connection with your travel arrangements, which are the administration fees for rescheduling your flights, etc.
Wire Transfer. Telegraphic international transfers to our corporate bank account usually have a period of about three days. The amount transferred should include a telegraph transfer fee. If you choose to complete a bank transfer payment, make sure you allocate enough time before the due date. You can re-make payment in our account, immediately do our investigation by sending (either scan or fax email). Make sure you have received a bank print out authorization. We must receive full payment to our account. In case of the received amount less than that required as a result of the transfer fee, bank fees, currency loss, etc. You are required to pay the remainder either along with your final payment or if at the right time.
Final payment is required 24 days prior to arrival or full payment Immediately if booking is made less than 60 days prior to arrival. All payments must be made in USD or equivalent.
When the Guest makes a booking request the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to BG within five working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the five working day period BG reserves the right to void the Guest booking request.
How do I rent a villa
Please contact BG property villas rental directly through email or phone. We will need information such as what villa you would like to book, dates, and payment details. If you want your reservation to be confirmed immediately, you will have to make a payment in full. If you would like to make a reservation and pay later, your booking will be held for 5 days. If you don’t make a payment within 5 days of your reservation, your booking will be released
